Andrey B.Rylski, over twenty-year veteran in the field of government relations, public education, communications and public affairs is a Director, Marketing Communications.
Graduate of Kiev State University (English Philology) and later Moscow State University (Arabic Philology, Institute of Oriental Studies) Andrey started his PR career at Young&Rubicam Moscow PR group and then moved to Stepanov & Partners Agency, as a Partner.
As Deputy Director General of Stepanov&Partners private agency, Mr.Rylski was in charge of all variety of marketing and PR activities - public and media communications, PR, promotions, sponsorship, event management for corporate international and local clients - Administration of Krasnoyarskiy Region, TEMBR-Bank, King Water, Miele, Podravka, Colgate-Palmolive, Illva Saronno, Reebok.
In the capacity of Media Director with Y&R, Mr.Rylski was in charge of broad variety of media relations for the clients. It included planning and executing clients' corporate projects: promotion (Philip Morris, AT&T), sponsorship (Mezhcombank, Ericsson), charity actions (Sotheby's, Project HOPE), media support (McVitie's, 3M, Westinghouse, Ford Motor Company, Colgate, Pirelli, Danone, Revlon, Podravka). As a SCE, he was at clients' service for Digital, Novell, PepsiCo Foods (Frito Lay), Asta Medica and others.
Prior to joining Y&R, Andrey Rylski was foreign affairs advisor to the Minister of Press and Information of Russia.
With The Willard Group Moscow he is a team leader for client service departments, participates in carrying out and handling various trainings for Shell, Salym Petroleum, Nestle, Henkel, SUN InBev, Tetra Pak and others.
