Olga Golubeva
Financial Director
Olga Golubeva currently serves as Finance Director for The Willard Group. Over the past ten years Ms. Golubeva has supervised the work of the company's finance department. Her responsibilities include client contracts development, supervision of the billing process, financial reporting in GAAP and the Ukrainian standards, control over cash and bank transactions; analysis and forecast of financial results of the company's operations.
Prior to joining The Willard Group, Olga Golubeva worked as an accountant and later as a deputy finance director for the Ukraine Market Reform Education Program under a contract with the USAID.
Olga Golubeva holds a master's degree in Management and International Economic Relations from Kyiv State University and a master's degree in Radiophysics and Electronics from the same university.
